Sipes Studio
Sipes Studio is an internal production and customer-workflow application used by Sipes Studio to manage apparel production-art jobs, customer communication, production files, contractor coordination, delivery, and billing.
It is a private business tool. Access requires an account issued by Sipes Studio; there is no public sign-up.
What the application does
- Tracks apparel production-art jobs from intake through finishing, quality check, delivery and billing.
- Stores customer-supplied artwork and the production files created for each job.
- Coordinates work sent to production contractors.
- Provides customers a limited portal to submit requests and retrieve their finished files.
Email integration
Sipes Studio can connect an authorized Sipes Studio Gmail account so staff can read business email, view conversations and attachments, and search the mailbox from within the application.
The application can also send email from that connected account, but only when an authorized staff member explicitly performs a send action — for example sending finished work to a customer, or coordinating a job with a production contractor. Nothing is sent automatically.
Staff decide what becomes production work
Email does not automatically create production work. Authorized staff decide when a customer email should be moved into the Sipes Studio production workflow.
The application may categorise an incoming message to help staff spot likely production requests, but that categorisation is advisory only. It has no authority to create a job, change a job, or start any production step on its own.
